Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unused items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

Q: Is its sound mixable and resizable?

Yes, its eight sounds can be mixed and resized by sliding the fader, so you can create your own sound scene.
Q: Can the lighting be dimmed?
A:
Yes, it has two modes: night light and ambient light. You can switch by long pressing the orange button. At the same time, in the corresponding mode, you can adjust the brightness of the night light and the color of the ambient light by rotating the orange button. The night light has 30 levels of brightness and the ambient light has 11 colors, but the brightness of the ambient light cannot be adjusted yet.
