Hidden inside, opened with a magnetic key
Fit the lock and catch inside a drawer or cabinet. To open, align the magnetic key with the lock from the outside, release the catch and open the door. Use the lock’s always-open switch when you need the cabinet to stay unlocked; check that the lock engages after switching it back.
Check the fit before installing
Allow enough space inside for the lock and catch to align when closed. Panel construction, thickness and nearby metal can affect magnetic operation, so appearance alone does not confirm compatibility.
Prepare the surface, position and secure the parts as instructed. Allow the specified adhesive setting time, then check locking and release. Keep the key accessible to adults and out of children’s reach. Cabinet locks do not replace adult supervision.
