takoo ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS for our deliveries.

Processing Orders & Shipping

As a result of a high volume of orders, our processing and shipping may be delayed. We are also unable to fulfill any expedited shipping or pickup requests. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work our hardest to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Shipping Area

Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or internationally.

Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to takoo as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at support@takoo.store to make arrangements for reshipment.

Cancelled Orders

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting support@takoo.store. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
