Takoo ships via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Order Processing & Shipping

Due to high order volumes, processing and shipping may experience slight delays. At this time, we are unable to fulfill expedited shipping or in-person pickup requests. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping Areas & Fulfillment Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Contiguous United States (48 states): Free standard shipping is available.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations: We ship to these areas, but additional shipping charges may apply.

📦 U.S. orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Santa Ana, California.
🌍 International orders are fulfilled from our global headquarters in Hong Kong.

 

Processing Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing time may be slightly extended.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.


Undeliverable Packages

Our carriers generally make up to three delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after those attempts, it will be returned to us.
If this occurs, please contact support@takoo.store to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

 


Cancelled Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before 2:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by emailing support@takoo.store.
Be sure to include your order number in the request.
