Refund & Return Policy

At Takoo, we value our customers and strive to exceed expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return for a full refund of the purchase price, provided that:

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery

  • You provide valid proof of purchase

  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging


Returns Beyond 30 Days

All returns requested after the 30-day period, or for defective items, must comply with the terms outlined in Takoo’s Limited Warranty.


Purchases Made Outside takoo.store

If you purchased your product from a third-party seller (e.g., Amazon or any other authorized reseller), please refer to the reseller’s return policy.
Takoo does not accept returns for indirect purchases.


Wrong Item / Lost Shipment

  • If you received the wrong item or quantity, please contact Takoo Support immediately.

  • If your package is lost in transit, a replacement will be issued after validation.

  • Refunds will not be issued for lost shipments, only replacements.


Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns must be authorized by Takoo within the 30-day period. You must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and use the pre-paid return label provided by Takoo.

  • The RMA number will be valid for 15 days

  • Returns must be shipped within that 15-day window

  • Returns without a valid RMA number or shipped late will be refused and returned at your expense

How to Return an Item

1. Labeling
After your return is approved, you will receive an email with your pre-paid shipping label and RMA slip.

  • Print and attach both documents to the outside of your package

  • Ensure the RMA barcode is visible

  • If you choose to use your own carrier, you will be responsible for all associated costs

2. Return Packaging

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories (cables, chargers, manuals, etc.)

  • Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation

  • Confirm the return label and RMA slip are securely attached, then seal and ship the package


Refunds

  • Authorized refunds will be processed within 30 days of Takoo receiving your return

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Keep your proof of delivery—if we cannot confirm receipt of the returned product, we are not liable for any refund or replacement


Exceptions

  • Items that show excessive use, wear, or alterations will not be accepted

  • Intentional or malicious damage is not covered under this return policy
